What is the difference between the main festival box office and the venue box offices?

The main festival box office is open throughout the majority of the festival. Festival passes can be reserved and purchased here. You can also reserve individual tickets for any festival screening at this location. Information on the festival including screenings or special events can also be obtained here.

Each screening venue has its own box office that opens one hour before the listed start time for the event. Individual tickets can be purchased here. If you have reserved tickets for the event, they can be picked up at this box office.


If I have a festival pass, do I still have to check in at the Venue Box Office?

Yes. At each venue, there will be a table for pass holders to check in at. You simply need to present your festival pass to the ticket agent at the table before entering the theater. Pass holders are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled event start time to ensure seating. If pass holders have not checked in within 10 minutes of the event start time, their seats may be released for general sale.


How do I register in advance for festival passes?

Festival passes may be reserved by contacting the main festival box office. Once you have reserved your tickets, a confirmation email will be sent. You must visit the box office in order to pick up and purchase your passes. A reminder that pass holders need to arrive to the theater early in order to ensure seating for each screening.


How do I reserve individual tickets?

Individual tickets may be reserved by contacting the main festival box office. Once you have reserved your tickets, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You must pick up and purchase your tickets at the venue locations box office (where the screening is taking place) which opens one hour before the scheduled screening start time. If reserved ticket holders have not checked in with the box office within 5 minutes of the listed screening start time, those seats may be released for general sale.


Where do I pick up my festival pass?

Festival passes that have been reserved in advance can be picked up at the main festival box office beginning on August 8th, at noon.


Where do I pick up my individual tickets?

Individual tickets that have been reserved in advance of the screening can be picked up at the venue box office no earlier than one hour before the screening. If you have not reserved tickets in advance, you may also purchase them from the venue box office at this time.


When does the box office open for each particular venue?

The box office for each venue opens one hour before the listed start time of each screening. You may also visit the main festival box office during non-screening hours. For information on the main festival box office click here.


What happens if a particular screening is sold out?

For each screening, the box office holds open an allotted amount of seats for festival pass holders and reserved tickets. If pass holders have not checked in with the box office within 5 minutes of the listed screening start time, any available seats are released to individuals on first come/first serve basis. Individuals trying to obtain tickets for "sold-out" screenings should arrive at the venue box office as early as possible in order to get their names on the waiting list for tickets that may come available.


What is the best way to find out about changes to the festival schedule?

Any changes to the festival schedule will be listed on the main page to the website. You can also fond out about any schedule changes by contacting the main festival box office.
